CHAPTER 31 (Vocational Rehab or VRE):
IF Army, Marine Corps, Navy, or Coast Guard
- Proof of Graduation from High School (Diploma, Transcript or GED), Transcript from ANY Institution attended after High School (if applicable)
- DD214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty)
- JST (Joint Services Transcript): Official document that provides a comprehensive record of military training, experience, and recommended college credit for service members.
IF AIRFORCE
- Proof of Graduation from High School (Diploma, Transcript or GED), Transcript from ANY Institution attended after High School (if applicable)
- CCAF (Community College of the Air Force) Air Force Members Only.
- DD214
MUST HAVE PURCHASE ORDER – Sometimes this is sent to the Financial Aid Department; otherwise, please have this ready to provide.
CHAPTER 33 (Post 9/11 GI Bill):
IF Army, Marine Corps, Navy, or Coast Guard

CHAPTER 35:
IF Army, Marine Corps, Navy, or Coast Guard the VETERAN must provide the DD214
- Proof of Graduation from High School (Diploma, Transcript or GED), Transcript from ANY Institution attended after High School (if applicable)
- DD214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty)
IF AIRFORCE
- Proof of Graduation from High School (Diploma, Transcript or GED), Transcript from ANY Institution attended after High School (if applicable)

You will receive a COE (Certificate of Eligibility), which the Financial Aid Department can (usually) access via VA Benefits portal.
TRANSFERRED VA BENEFITS:
- Parents DD214
- Proof of Graduation from High School (Diploma, Transcript or GED), Transcript from ANY Institution attended after High School (if applicable)
- You will receive a CoE (Certificate of Eligibility) under the student’s name to show transferred benefits which the Financial Aid Department can (usually) access via VA Benefits portal.
