MovieMaker Magazine Interviews MediaTech Film Instructors

Movie Maker Magazine, a magazine dedicated to independent moviemakers, recently interviewed six film school professionals for their publication. Our students film their Live TV Show Today!!

Congratulations To One Of Our Own!

Our receptionist, Rae Nyx, will be featured in a CD Sampler for MB Agency in California! Her band, Diminished 5th have decided to place the acoustic version of “Come With Me” on the CD have been working hard to finish their album in hopes of having it out in the next year! Rae has been keeping herself busy with her band and Chae Balistreri, an artist from Longview, Texas. She is the producer and engineer for his album. MTI graduate, Lior Spirer, earns Executive Producer credits for “Hurry Up & Wait”, a film about Gringo Star

Lior Spirer graduated from MediaTech in summer of 2007. He joined Malone Pictures in late ’07 and was quickly promoted to V.P. in 2008. In Spring of 2009, Lior and the Malone team went on the road to film “Hurry Up and Wait”. Lior was the film’s Executive Producer. He raised money, figured out the logistics, and obtained the needed sources to complete the film.  Hurry Up and Wait premiered at the Nashville Film Festival, USA Film Festival, and the Los Angeles New Wav International Film Festival.  Click HERE to see the trailer!
